How it all began

Built on matcha (you guessed it!) and early mornings

Before this agency existed, there was a bubble tea shop, early morning shifts, and a team that made the work feel like something more. Each morning before opening, I’d share a cup of matcha with my coworkers. That small ritual turned into something bigger: a reminder that the best work happens when creativity, trust, and collaboration are in the room together.

That matcha cup still lives in our branding today. It's a symbol of where Eikenberg Social comes from and the way we still show up for every client.
